We are currently processing all retail orders thru our Etsy shop and only processing wholesale orders thru this site. This will allow us to streamline and improve our retail and wholesale processes. Our retail policies below are extensions of Etsy's retail guidelines.

We want you to be happy
If you have ANY problems with our products, please please please let us know and we will either replace the item or refund the purchase price. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you aren't thrilled then we have not done our job so please let us know if we fail to exceed your expectations so that we can rectify the problem. Please understand that custom items are not returnable.

Packages ship Monday thru Friday from zip code 94590 Vallejo, California.
Most domestic retail orders ship First Class US Postal Mail 1-2 days after purchase. We will email you a tracking number for your parcel when it ships.
Any international tariffs are paid by the recipient and unfortunately once your international parcel leaves the US we will be unable to track it util it is delivered.
Remember to allow ample time for delivery, especially during peak mailing periods like Christmas. Let us know if you have issues with the delivery of your parcel and also reach out to the US Postal Service (and your postal carrier) using the tracking number we provided you when we notified you that your parcel had shipped. Orders that are damaged or USPS marked as lost in transit will be reshipped or refunded. Orders with USPS tracking indicating they have been delivered are not refundable unless the parcel is returned or rerouted back to us. Orders that are returned will be refunded or reshipped with shipping charges paid by customer.
